Jim believes in establishing long lasting relationships with customers and strives to do what is best for each customer based on desires, budgets, and goals for boating, be it power or sail. He uses a consultative approach to find out what is driving both sellers and buyers in either selling an existing boat, or looking to purchase. He will meet with each customer for a talk on desires, goals, and budgets. Once a deal in complete Jim will be a continuing resource for questions, training, vendor help, or any support.
